Summary
Key areas for the role:Clinical Leadership and Service Delivery Provide visible expert leadership to ensure the delivery of safe and effective SACT services aligned with clinical best practice and organisational values. Patient Safety and Clinical Governance Compliance Maintain oversight of patient safety. Lead and manage incidents, clinical audits, and risk assessments to ensure the SACT service meets internal standards and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership and Workforce Development Lead, support and develop a high-performing SACT nursing team, promoting a strong team culture and continuous professional development. Service innovation and Patient Experience. Collaborate with the central nursing team, referrers, pharmacy, clinical and operational teams to enhance patient experience, streamline pathways, and support service growth.
