Summary
Our client is looking for adult care social lawyer. Qualified in jurisdiction laws and who is authorised to conduct litigation, ideally local authority experienced in adult social care with emphasis on court of protection welfare and s.21a challenges. Other areas of work: ordinary residence, judicial review, community care advice, panel deputyships, copdol paper applications, displacement of NR, coroners.
