A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, welcoming practice in Derbyshire. This role offers the perfect balance of professional satisfaction and personal flexibility, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care without the pressures of frequent weekends or out-of-hours commitments; just 1 in 8 weekends at the nearby 24-hour hospital site. You’ll be part of a supportive team that genuinely enjoys working together, providing high quality care to a loyal and appreciative client base.
The ideal candidate will be an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with experience in delivering outstanding care to both patients and clients, working effectively as part of a team, and confident in supporting nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures. Clinical leadership skills and the ability to share best practice and mentor colleagues are highly valued in this role.
