Responsibilities
• Assist with personal care, dressing, hygiene, and meals
• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe care setting
• Work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver consistent care
Skills
• Strong understanding of care plans and how to follow them
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Experience in nursing or care home environments preferred
• Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
