Summary
Job Title: Data Manager / IT Officer
Location: Woodhouse Grove School, Bradford, England
Reports To: Deputy Head (Academic ) and Finance & Operations Director
Contract: All year round
Works closely with: IT Network Manager and IT Assistant
Purpose of role:
• To manage the School’s data flow between systems ensuring data security, compliance, integrity and access control.
• The creation and provisioning of user accounts is a key element of the role anchored within a hybrid Microsoft environment with 365 and Active Directory knowledge preferrable.
• The lead global administrator for the Microsoft 365 tenancy key to the School’s IT.
• The role also encompasses the administration of the Schools Management
Information System (MIS) and virtual learning platform supporting staff, pupils and parents.
