Faculty Co-ordinator (EL130)
Salary: £26,592 to £29,838 (pro rata per annum)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 30 hours per week
Location: Ellesmere Port campus
We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting young people and provide administrative support to The Arts and Academic studies departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Reflect the vision, mission, aims and values of the college.
Show initiative in planning and organising allocated tasks.
Enter, retrieve and print data using a range of college systems and reports.
Set up and maintain spreadsheets.
Monitor and summarise key performance indicators such as attendance and retention information to assist Assistant Directors with interventions that support learners.
Supporting on the day to day enquiries and attendance for the English and maths department.
Record actions from ‘At Risk’ meetings and monitor progress.
Photocopy, present and distribute information and reports within the departments.
Key Person Specification Requirements:
GCSE Grade C (4/5) in English and Maths or equivalent;
Ability to carry out administrative duties effectively;
Excellent digital literacy skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Proven ability of successfully completing tasks to deadline and to a high standard; and
Enhanced DBS check.
