Summary

GB NRG is a pioneer in the UK commercial solar industry and due to continued growth we are expanding our sales team.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Admin Coordinator to support our Sales Managers throughout the full sales process. This role is essential in ensuring our sales team stays structured, efficient, and fully aligned with internal processes – from initial engagement through to handover with our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Management: Log new customer engagements accurately and update all relevant customer and opportunity data.
• Sales Meeting Support: Schedule calls and meetings for Sales Managers and attend key calls to capture clear, actionable notes.
• Bid Team Coordination: Ensure all call notes and customer requirements are communicated clearly to the bid team and followed through until submission.
• Sales Process Compliance: Monitor adherence to the company’s sales process, prompting Sales Managers where required to maintain progression and data accuracy.
• Pipeline & Engagement Reporting: Produce regular status reports on opportunities (e.g. in bid, quoted, awaiting decision) to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Internal Handover Management: Organise and document smooth handover meetings between Sales and Operations teams, ensuring all information is captured and shared.
• Lessons Learnt Sessions: Coordinate and document post-engagement “lessons learnt” sessions, ensuring insights are captured and fed back to relevant teams.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing activities such as preparing social posts, updating collateral, coordinating campaigns, and supporting events when required.
• General Sales Administration: Act as the organisational backbone of the sales function, helping Sales Managers stay on track with tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.

• Confident communicator and able to work closely with multiple teams
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Ideally experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar)
