If you have a minimum of 6 months UK care and support experience and hold the All Wales Manual Handling Passport, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-quality person-centred care and emotional support
Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility
Promote independence and dignity at all times
Work as part of a wider care team to ensure safe, consistent support
Accurately record and report care notes
What We’re Looking For:
All Wales Manual Handling Passport – Essential
Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
A caring, patient and professional attitude
Reliability and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts
