Location: Bath

Scope of Work: Metal Ductwork Installation
We are currently recruiting for both a Duct Improver and a Duct Mate to join an ongoing project in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hard-working individuals looking for consistent work on a long-term contract.
Available Roles & Pay Rates:
• Duct Improver – £19.00 per hour
• Duct Mate – £16.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the installation and fitting of metal ductwork systems
• Supporting senior fitters on site
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
• Following instructions, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Requirements:
• Valid front and back CSCS card
• Up-to-date CV
• Two recent company references
• Experience with metal ductwork preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
