Lincolnshire County Council’s Connect to Work programme is looking for a meticulous and motivated Fidelity Assurance Officer to join the team. This is a key role ensuring that programme delivery is effective, compliant, and delivers value for money for participants and partners across Greater Lincolnshire.

Building on a successful pilot, Connect to Work brings together employment, training, and health partners — alongside local businesses — to help participants access meaningful, sustainable work and build brighter futures.

The Fidelity Assurance Officer will monitor, evaluate, and report on delivery activity, identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen programme outcomes. You’ll work closely with delivery partners, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to programme standards, funding requirements, and quality expectations.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking, high-impact programme that is helping participants access meaningful, sustainable work and improving outcomes across employment, skills, and health services.

Why join us?

•Contribute to a high-impact programme that transforms employment and skills opportunities.

•Work collaboratively within a talented team and a wide range of partners across sectors.

•Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
