Duties of the Bodyshop Quality Controller:
- Conduct quality control inspections on completed vehicle repairs
- Work independently as the sole quality controller, reporting directly to the workshop manager
- Ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards and company policies
- Sign off on inspections, noting any issues or concerns
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and findings
Requirements of this Bodyshop Quality Controller:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Quality Controller or similar quality control role, within a bodyshop environment.
- Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with management
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety standards within automotive workshops
