Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with experience or interest in lighting, home décor, home accessories, or wider fashion/lifestyle markets. You will gain hands-on experience in client management, product development and sales, working closely with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate quotes and supporting sales targets
- Assist in launching new products, helping to drive revenue and expand market reach
- Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Deliver high-quality service to maintain client satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities
- Review customer feedback to improve service and product offering
- Collaborate with designers to create marketing and promotional materials
- Analyse sales data to identify top-performing products and assess market trends
- Update internal systems with shipment dates and manage delayed stock logistics
- Process showroom sale orders to ensure smooth sales integration
