Are you looking for stable work in food production with regular hours and an immediate start? We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established food manufacturing site in Burton on Trent.
This is a chilled working environment, so candidates must be comfortable working in lower temperatures and follow strict hygiene standards at all times.
The role:
As a Food Production Operative, your duties will include:
Working on production lines preparing and packing food products
Handling food in line with food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintaining cleanliness of the work area
Supporting the smooth running of production operations
Following quality, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
What we're looking for:
Very good spoken and written English (essential)
Understanding of food hygiene and food processing rules (preferred)
A good work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to work in a chilled environment
Previous food production experience is welcome but not essential full training will be provided
Willingness to work rotating shifts
