Summary
We are looking for experienced Residential Property Paralegals across our Edinburgh, Elgin & Inverness locations. The role will involve:
- Assisting lawyers with title due diligence
- Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges
- Ordering all relevant searches
- Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration
- Preparing LBTT submissions
- We also have positions, where appropriate, handling all aspects of a case with your own caseload from start to finish
