What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who
• is able to inspire children, including those with SEND/ SEMH difficulties, to engage in learning and reach their full potential
• is committed to removing barriers to learning to enable the inclusion of all children
• is confident to use Trauma Informed practice and positive behaviour management strategies
• is able to plan and deliver high quality learning opportunities and interventions, including coaching and mentoring
• enjoys working as part of a team and can work with other members of the staff team to identify needs and plan support for individuals and groups of children
• communicates well with children, colleagues and parents
• is resilient and enjoys a challenge
• has relevant qualifications and experience of working with children and young people, particularly Key Stage 2

Commitment to safeguarding
