Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include providing learning and care support for a specifically identified pupil in a 1:1 capacity, utilising existing plans and strategies. Contributing to the planning of differentiated learning activities for the specifically identified pupil while supporting them with their social, emotional and mental health needs, escalating concerns where appropriate. You will have the opportunity to support the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at pupils in achieving their full potential in all areas of learning. It is essential that you are able to contribute to meetings with parents and carers by providing feedback on pupil progress, attainment and barriers to learning, as directed by teachers.
