Summary
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Pre-School Room Leader to work as part of our experienced day care team at Southmead Children’s Centre. We are a multi-cultural and diverse nursery, looking for a practitioner who is flexible and reflective with a good sense of humour who is keen to develop and progress in their career. We want you to join us in creating a high quality, safe and caring learning environment both indoors and outdoors which will inspire children to unlock their full potential.
You will be managing the care needs and education of a group of children within a key person structure, promoting good practice and setting high standards as a role model for children and staff. You will work in partnership with parents building trusting relationships to support their children’s learning by participating in home visits and parent consultations.
You will Provide leadership within the preschool room, overseeing Early Years Workers and providing daily support alongside regular supervisions. As an integral part of the team you will Identify, support and meet the needs of children, and families through building strong links with outside agencies.Working 37 hours All Year Round
