Summary

Mulberry Park Educate Together Primary Academy is a single form entry primary school on the new Mulberry Park housing development in Combe Down. They play a lead role in shaping their education.Collaborative - Our schools aim to be central to the communities they serve.We are looking for someone who can lead our after school club to:Plan, create and evaluate exciting environments and play opportunities for childrenCreate a play environment where young people can make choices, access a range of resources and be supported by a responsive and adaptable approach to their playUndertake appropriate training, and support delivery of in-house training to additional staffWork on own initiative and show leadership and professional skillsCarry out peer observations offering support and mentoring to the teamIf you meet the person specification and are enthusiastic about play and understand the importance of creative play for children’s learning and development , we would like to hear from you.The hours of work are Monday to Friday 3pm to 5.30pm ( 12.5 hours per week) term time only. The salary is ET Grade D which is currently £29,064 pro rata. The actual salary is £8,398.The closing date is 9am on 5th January 2026 and the interviews will take place shortly afterwards. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
