Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented data analyst to join the NLPSS Reporting and systems team responsible for reporting, analytics andsystems managementand developmentrequiredacross the NLPSS service offeringincluding but not limited to Recruitment and Occupational Health.
Thesharedservice is continuallydeveloping,and this role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to help formulate our direction and strategy using theirexpertiseand acan-doattitude.
We are looking for a proactiveself-starterwith excellent interpersonal skills willing to innovate and work collaboratively to meet service requirements.
The successful candidate will have proven delivery experience in a complex reporting and systems environment, with advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills used alongside other tools to ensure optimal delivery of requirements. Ideally you will have experience of NHS employee systems like ESR, TRAC and G2.
Meticulous attention to detail,problem solving skills and a flexible approach to providing advice, guidance and training to improve data quality are essential.
Weoperateofficeand remoteworkingina friendly and caring office environment with a strong employee network to ensure wemaintainour mission to ‘Deliver excellent patient care through anoutstandingemployee experience’.

Main duties of the role:
• Deliver business as usual reporting requirements to aid service delivery andmonitorperformance.
• Build dashboards and visualisations to bring data to life
• Deep dive into complex data sets to uncover trends,anomaliesand insights
• Design and run experiments to test hypothesis and measure impact
• Drive data quality improvements working collaboratively with all colleagues across NLPSS, partners and external suppliers.
• Deputise for the Reporting and Systems lead asrequired.
