Summary
The following are the core responsibilities of the Private Work Lead/ Administrator. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels: Process incoming mail, Accurately clinically coding data on the clinical system into the patient record, Identifying relevant clinical information documented in patient correspondence, coding appropriately and forwarding to the relevant member/team for appropriate action, Actioning all incoming correspondence, emails and mail in a timely manner, Scanning patient related documentation and attaching scanned documents to patients healthcare records, Inputting data into patients healthcare records as necessary, Actioning and completing EMIS Web documents in a timely manner, Process requests for information i.e. SARs, insurance/solicitors letters, DVLA forms etc, Supporting all clinical staff with general administrative tasks as requested, Maintaining a clean, tidy and effective working area at all times. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the Private Work Lead/ Administrator may be requested to: Filing and storing records as required, Photocopying documentation as required, Partake in audits as requested, Carry out system searches as requested.
