Be Personnel has immediate opportunities for Hygiene Operatives to join one of the largest seafood companies in the world — and the world’s leading producer of Atlantic salmon. These roles offer long-term prospects and career development in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Role Overview:
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring that the factory is cleaned thoroughly and safely, meeting all required food hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out deep cleaning of production and processing areas
Ensuring all surfaces, equipment, and machinery are cleaned to food industry hygiene standards
Working with cleaning chemicals and tools appropriately and safely
Following strict health & safety and food safety procedures
Completing tasks within set timeframes and shift schedules
Keeping accurate records as required
Who We're Looking For:
Experience in a hygiene or food production environment is preferred but not essential (training provided)
Candidates with manual work experience in other industries are welcome
Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
Physically capable due to the manual nature of the work
Flexible and able to adapt to shift changes based on business needs
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Benefits:
Salary starting at £14.46 inclusive of night shift allowance
Overtime paid at x1.5
30 days holiday (after 12 weeks if agency)
Weekly pay via agency or monthly if working directly
On-site agency support

Shift Time: 18:30 – 06:00
Pattern: 2-2-3 Rotation

Week 2: Mon–Tue OFF, Wed–Thu ON, Fri–Sat–Sun OFF
