Job Title: Momenta Operations Administrator
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications, not pro rata)
Location: Home-based with occasional travel when required
Contract: Permanent 52 weeks.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The role
The Operations Administrator will provide essential administrative, coordination, and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting operational processes, assisting with reporting and data management, and facilitating communication across teams. By delivering high-quality administrative support and contributing to the improvement of systems and workflows, the Operations Administrator helps the organisation operate effectively and achieve its operational goals.
What you'll do:
High-level administrative support, data management, and coordination to ensure that clinical services are delivered efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with Momenta Connect standards. This position is crucial for optimizing operational efficiency.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinician activity, such as attendance rates, referral rates etc. This often involves using clinical information systems but some manual reporting also required.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Momenta senior leadership team.
Assisting in the preparation for external assessments by bodies like the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which involves collating evidence to demonstrate that appropriate staffing and supervision levels are maintained.
Actively reviewing current administrative procedures, identifying potential efficiencies, and supporting the implementation of new systems or workflows to improve service delivery.
This role requires a high level of discretion, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various professional groups.
What we're looking for:
English and Mathematics Level 2 or Equivalent
IT literate
Previous administration experience reporting to senior levels
Ability to use own initiative and work unsupervised
Experience of working in a clinical environment desirable.
