This is a fantastic opportunity to build customer service skills and develop a rewarding career within the food and hospitality industry.

Our team delivers a high-quality catering service to both students and the public across several outlets on campus. We operate throughout the year, providing a supportive environment where staff can grow, learn, and make a real difference in the customer experience.

We offer a flexible working environment that supports a positive work–life balance, with a varied rota that includes days, evenings, and weekends.

We are looking for enthusiastic team members who are passionate about delivering consistently high standards of customer service. You will need to enjoy working as part of a team while also showing initiative and positivity.

About you:

• Teamwork skills and a flexible, adaptable approach to changing demands
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis including evenings and weekends
• The ability to undertake physical lifting and manual tasks
• Proven reliability and responsibility
• An interest in developing a career in the food, beverage, and retail sector

What we can offer you:

• A well-rounded skill set for the hospitality industry, including food safety and allergy training
• A flexible working pattern supporting a healthy work–life balance, with employment across 41 weeks of the year
• Closure over the Christmas period
• An industry-leading pension scheme
• Personal development and training opportunities within hospitality and catering
• An inclusive and welcoming working environment — we encourage applications from all diversity groups
