As a Catering Assistant with ISS UK, you will be at the heart of delivering a high-quality service, making a positive difference to each customer’s day.

The Role

Assisting with preparing and serving a range of drinks and light food items

Providing friendly, efficient customer service at all times

Carrying out small cleaning duties to maintain clean, safe, and tidy work areas

Taking ownership of your workspace and contributing ideas to improve service

Handling cash and operating the till system accurately

Ensuring all products and service areas meet high standards of quality and presentation

About You

Experience working in a customer-focused environment

Excellent at delivering outstanding service

Friendly, approachable, and professional

Able to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment

Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
