The post holder will be required to work in one of the Cheshire bases in either Macclesfield or Crewe .
Planned shortlist date is 2nd Jan and planned interview date Friday 16th Jan.
The post holder will work as part of the multi-disciplinary within the Learning Disability CAMHS Team managing a defined case load of 0–18 year olds who have a Severe Learning Disability and behaviours that challenge.
- The post holder will undertake choice assessments as part of access to service process.
- Undertake detailed clinical assessments and following assessment derive a formulation and plan of intervention, ensuring this is negotiated with the client (when appropriate) and their parents or carers
- Undertake risk assessment
- To evaluate the outcomes of any interventions, using outcome measurement tools, and adjust plans accordingly.
- Undertake assessment, planning, treatment and evaluation of behavioural interventions plan.
