Summary
Full and part time kitchen assistants required
Responsibilities
Duties which will include food preparation.
Collect dirty crockery and utensils and ensure dishes are washed.
Responsible for cleanliness in the kitchen in café.
Knowledge of food safety.
Unloading fresh supplies.
Checking sell by dates and rotating food stock.
Knowledge of table service.
Required Skills & Experience
Good, friendly communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Able to work within a close team.
Flexible in approach to working rota. (Mon to Sat 8am to 5pm cover)
Must have impeccable standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
