We’re looking for a friendly, fun support worker to spend time with a 21-year-old woman who’s chatty and cheerful. She lives in a small rural village and would really enjoy more social time and companionship.

What the sessions look like:
Session 1: 3 hours - Outings like going to the gym, shopping, grabbing a coffee, going to the cinema, or running errands together. Gym membership will be paid for the successful applicant.

Session 2: 3 hours - More home-based fun—walking the dog, cooking a simple meal together, playing board games, crafts, or anything creative.

What we need:

Two sessions per week (3 hours each)

Driver with your own car

Someone upbeat, sociable, and happy to plan activities

- Looking after pets

Candidate qualities:
- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
- Hygienic, tidy and well organised
- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Honest and cheerful
- Creative
- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
- Must be comfortable with pets
- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
