Requirement: Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
TPS are expanding our specialist security teams and seeking SIA Response Officers to support stadiums, arenas, festivals, and major events across the UK. This is a role for those who stay calm, think clearly, and act decisively.
Your Role
You’ll form part of the event’s response capability, dealing with situations that require a higher level of authority and control. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the control room to ensure incidents are handled safely, proportionately, and professionally.

• Respond quickly and appropriately to incidents
• Support crowd management teams with escalated situations
• Protect staff, spectators, and event infrastructure
• Maintain strong communication with supervisors and control rooms
• Provide a calm, authoritative presence throughout the event
