Summary
This lovely family based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire, is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their toddler and two school-aged children. They are looking for a mature and experienced nanny. The role involves all general childcare duties, including preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks tailored to the children. A valid first-aid qualification is required for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3pm to 6:30pm during school term. 2 days a week 8am to 6:30pm (flexible days) during half term.
Duties include:
Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the children.
Assisting with washing, dressing, and personal care routines.
Providing homework support and encouraging learning.
Engaging the children in after-school activities.
Organising recreational activities to support physical and mental development.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and tidy environment for the children.
Encouraging creativity through arts and crafts.
Taking the children to parks, playgrounds, and outdoor activities.
Supporting bedtime routines, including reading stories and settling the children to sleep.
