Educato Limited are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive primary school in Droylsden, working within a Key Stage 1 class. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping younger pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a Level 3 TA, you will play a key role in supporting high-quality teaching and learning across the KS1 classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities, provide targeted support, and help ensure every child has the opportunity to succeed.

Your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across KS1
- Assisting the class teacher with planning, delivering, and assessing learning activities
- Supporting pupils with early literacy, numeracy, and phonics development
- Promoting positive behaviour and helping pupils regulate emotions
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
- Helping to set up classroom resources and maintain an organised learning space

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Have experience supporting children within EYFS or KS1
- Be patient, proactive, and able to build positive relationships with young learners
- Have strong knowledge of phonics and early years/KS1 curriculum
- Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)

Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Training in Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds, or other phonics programmes
- Experience delivering targeted interventions (e.g. , literacy, numeracy, speech and language)
