Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Start ASAP

Are you seeking a role where you can make a meaningful difference every day? We are recruiting a dedicated Secondary SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a highly supportive specialist provision in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with young people who benefit from structure, encouragement, and a calm, positive role model.

This temp-to-perm position involves supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, both in small classroom groups and through 1:1 sessions. Class sizes are intentionally small, giving you the time and space to build strong relationships and provide tailored, impactful support.

You will help students regulate emotions, engage positively in lessons and develop routines that support their personal and academic progress.
