A well-established Central London law firm is looking for a Landlord & Tenant solicitor to work at their office located a 5 minute walk from Mansion House Underground Station. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead your own caseload of landlord and tenant matters while mentoring junior staff in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. Applicants should have experience of Short Term Assured Tenancy disputes, eviction, unlawful eviction, possession, rent arrears, disrepair and deposit protection. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels likely to be around the 60k mark plus an achievable monthly bonus.
