LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: 28.6k basic, 35k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00 – NO WEEKEND ROTA!
Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in MK.
Duties for our Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor role:
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes
About YOU the successful Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
