Summary
Food Preparation -Preparing any food required to produce the dishes required Cooking and Service Check food for correct temperature before service. And record on the trusts HACCP sheets. Take appropriate action is food fails Check the quality of food to comply with the Trusts standards. Takeappropriate action if the food failsHave knowledge of special therapeutic diets and be able to respond to a request for the provision of a special diet at short notice.Observe good hygiene practises and keep up to date with current food hygiene and training legislation.
