Summary
Working under the direct supervision of the Practice Nurses and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the phlebotomist will assist the Practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care. SKILLS & ABILITIES - Essential Good communication skills, verbal and written Demonstrate evidence based clinical skills Demonstrate potential clinical leadership skills with junior staff Able to show evidence of working within a team Able to demonstrate competencies in clinical skills relevant to the post.
