Summary
Detailed Job Description is attached To ensure all equipment is prepared and ready for treatment of patients To participate in training and development programmes as identified by yearly appraisals and contribute to development of others. Assist in patient assessment prior to commencement of haemodialysis, by recording weight, blood pressure , pulse, temperature and blood glucose(if patient diabetic) Assess the patient, calculate fluid loss referring to the person in charge if weight gain is excessive and document accurately. Interpret any machines alarms and correct as appropriate, informing the person in charge
