Summary
In this role you will:
• Ensure high availability, optimal performance, and sufficient capacity of IT services through Azure monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Design and implement Azure solutions that adhere to architectural principles, delivering security, scalability, and resilience.
• Embed ‘security by design’ principles and contribute to the Cyber Security roadmap.
• Develop solutions that uphold robust Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) standards.
• Provide support for cloud and on-premises infrastructure issues, managing incidents from identification to resolution.
• Configure and maintain cloud networking components, including Azure Virtual Networks, Subnets, and Azure Firewall.
What you will bring:
• Proven experience with Azure services, including VMs, Entra ID, Storage, Firewall, Networking, and Backup.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Defender, and Intune.
• Hands-on scripting skills using PowerShell or Azure CLI.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools like ARM, Bicep or Terraform (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking components.
