Community Support Worker – Deal

Hours: Flexible shifts – must be available to work evenings and every other weekend

What You’ll Do
Support individuals with personal care, medication, meals and daily activities.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage independence and wellbeing.
Keep clear records and follow personalised care plans.
About You
Caring, patient and reliable.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
Must be able to work evenings and every other weekend.
Previous care experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided.
