About the Role
Are you a caring and friendly person who wants to make a real difference in your community? We’re looking for Weekend Domiciliary Support Workers to join our welcoming team. Our goal is simple: to help people feel safe, supported, and comfortable in their own homes. If that’s something you’d love to be part of, we’d be excited to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Offering kind and respectful personal care
Helping with meals and light household tasks
Supporting with medication (full training given)
Providing companionship and encouragement
Following individual care plans and noting any changes
Travelling between clients’ homes in Thanet and nearby areas
What We’re Looking For:
A warm, caring, and patient personality
Someone reliable and friendly with good communication skills
Weekend availability (Saturdays, Sundays, or both)
Ability to travel between care calls (drivers with access to a car preferred)
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential — we provide full training
You must already have the Right to Work in the UK. We do not hold a sponsorship licence, so we cannot offer visa sponsorship.
You’ll need to provide Right to Work documents before starting
