Job type: Zero Hours Contract
Pay: Up to £15 per hour
Location: Thanet and surrounding areas (Broadstairs, Margate, Ramsgate)

Responsibilities
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll:
Provide personal care and support within clients’ homes
Assist with medication, meal preparation, and daily living tasks
Promote independence and dignity at all times
Offer companionship and emotional support
Keep accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Requirements
A caring and compassionate nature
Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
Good communication skills
Previous experience in care (desirable but not essential — training provided)
Based in or able to travel across the Thanet area
Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot accept applications requiring visa sponsorship as we do not hold a sponsorship licence)
