Who are your customers? Learners coming into the Centre for training, QA colleagues who also work in the centre. This is our flagship office so there is always a lot of coming and going of various people, and you will be the one to whom everyone says hello!
You’ll deal with couriers, supplies-ordering, identifying and booking maintenance-calls, making sure that everything looks pristine and inviting, and you’ll make sure that all visitors are greeted and registered upon arrival for their events. You’ll also have to investigate and report any no-shows.
You’ll be part of a team of TCAs who work around the country. As such, you’ll be the helpdesk function for trainers, learners and colleagues.
