We are constantly looking for ways to encourage and support young adults with their career progression. That’s why we are keen supporters of the Apprenticeship Scheme which has resulted in many of our apprentices going on to have successful careers within in the business.
As an apprentice this opportunity will allow you to work with our trained technicians in the workshops. It is an intensive 3 year programme which will involve college attendance at our manufacturer’s Technical Training Centres, requiring you to be able to travel and spend nights away from home.
The successful candidate will:
Have a passion for vehicles and their appearance
A keen eye for detail
Have a flexible approach and strong work ethic
Be focused on delivering excellent customer satisfaction
Work well independently as well as part of a team
To be eligible for this particular scheme all you need is to have (or be predicted to achieve) a minimum of Grade 4 GCSE in English and Maths and a passion for the motor industry.
