Summary
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Packing Operatives to join our team in North Hykeham. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring textiles are packed accurately and efficiently for shipment.
What You’ll Do
• Pack with Care: Prepare and pack textiles into boxes, maintaining high quality standards.
• Stay Organized: Keep your workspace clean and tidy to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with your team to achieve daily packing targets and deadlines.
• Follow Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure workplace.
Requirements for the position are as follows;
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Experience working in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential
The role is long term after the peak period. commencing in the new year.
This is Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00 to 16:00, 8 hour shifts.
Hourly rate is £12.21 with any overtime paid at time and a half.
