We're working with a college in Reading seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis, starting immediately.
You'll be leading personal development sessions to a variety of students and supporting them in their academic journey 1:1.

Requirements:
- Experience providing pastoral support to college students
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
