Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a role that gives you both flexibility and the opportunity to maximise your earnings? Ambitions Personnel is expanding our successful Mansfield branch, and we’re looking for a talented Perms Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Role

As our Part-Time Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage and grow your own permanent recruitment desk


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates


  • Handle the full 360 recruitment cycle


  • Proactively source talent through job boards, social media, networking & referrals


  • Deliver exceptional service and promote the Ambitions brand in the local market


  • Work autonomously and take ownership of your results

    ✔ Experience in permanent recruitment (ideally at least 1 year)
    ✔ Strong business development skills
    ✔ Confident communicator with a professional approach

    ✔ Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own desk
