About the Role
The Additional Learning Support team is looking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced Learning Support Assistants to work cross-college to support learners with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities. The role will include supporting learners in class and online, working with learners to agree their support plans, monitoring and reviewing progress and working closely with tutors to ensure students’ success.
The successful candidate should have experience of working face to face with learners and understand the challenges faced by individuals in accessing education. Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting learners with Special Educational Needs are essential.About Morley College
