IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Derriford, Plymouth. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity starting January 2026, ideal for candidates with a strong background in customer service and administrative support.
Key Duties:-
Answer customer enquiries via phone, email, webchat, social media, or in person.

Provide administrative support to management, employees, and occasionally clients or visitors.

Handle ad-hoc office duties including answering phones, organising files, drafting emails, and scheduling meetings.

Maintain databases and track important deadlines.

Ensure excellent attention to detail while working to targets and deadlines.

Previous experience in customer service and administrative support.
