IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer supplying precision components to Formula 1 teams and the aerospace industry, for Production / Machine Operatives based on the outskirts of Bridgwater. You will support the production, assembly, and finishing of high-specification aerospace products in a clean and modern facility.
Key Duties:-
Operate production machinery and supporting equipment once trained.

Complete trimming, shot blasting, use hand tools, and prepare bonding materials.

Support different departments depending on production needs.

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Willingness to learn, with full training provided.

Immediate starts available.

No weekend work.
