Summary
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the administration of the Urgent Care Hub and provide admin support to the Network Manager. They will liaise with Clinical Director and the six Practice Managers within the Network on a regular basis. The postholder will have excellent communication skills, will be well organised with a proactive approach and have excellent knowledge of EMIS. Principle Responsibilities 1. To fully manage the urgent care hub including: -EMIS clinics - staffing - reception duties for the Hub in practices working across the Network surgeries. - produce reports and provide data for monitoring purposes - work with the PCN GP, ANPs, Network Manager, CD and Clinical Lead to make service improvements when required. 2. Liaising with Practice Managers in the Network to collate or disseminate information, including holding teams calls. 3. Liaising with ARRS staff in the Network to collate or disseminate information. 4. To provide administrative support in the procurement of equipment, uniforms, supplies and organising training sessions when needed. 5. Assisting Network Manager when required with the PCN Patient Participation Groups (PPG) for the Network to ensure patients aware of Network activities and feedback sought on services when appropriate. 6. Arranging Network meetings, collating the agenda, distributing information and typing minutes where required. 7. Supporting with the recruitment process for ARRS Staff. 8. Complete any training as required for the role.
