Summary
Provision of Anaesthesia for children requiring cardiac surgery and investigations such as cardiac catheterisation and MRI. Perioperative care of babies and children presenting for heart surgery and investigatrions Contribute to Specialist Multi-disciplinary team meetings. To maintain and expand the excellence of teaching and research already established within the Trust To participate in and progress Clinical Governance To support service plans for the specialty, taking account of the changes in clinical practice and new technologies available. To work with other consultant colleagues in the provision of a comprehensive paediatric anaesthetic service in the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust To work collaboratively with consultant colleagues in other relevant site specialist teams within the surgical Clinical Support Units and across the Trust Please see Full details of JD as attached.
